Terms of Trading
Minimum 24 hours notice for orders to be placed is preferred, however we understand that sometimes ‘last minute’ functions are sometimes needed.
Please call us, we will always try to help and depending on your location should be able to get the order to you within an hour.
Cancellation of orders within 48 hours of due delivery are payable in full.
Private functions require a prepayment in the way of deposit when the order is confirmed and full payment is required 3 days prior to delivery. In the case of a function being cancelled within two weeks of the event, we may offer a credit note if, any payment has already been made.
However if a cancellation is made within 7 days prior to the event, 50% of the total invoice may be payable to Xanders by way of stock and handling charges. however please do get in touch for a chat about the situation, we always endeavour to work with clients to resolve any issues, if we can be of help.
Please note that all platters are for a minimum of 6 people (unless previously agreed) or Minimum order of £50.00
Payment
Payments can be made via BACS or click on the pay now button below to pay by card. We accept a wide range of credit and debit cards.
Please include an invoice number or reference and notify us by email at food@xanders.co.uk when payment is made so we can track your payment.
Overdue accounts
In the event that an invoice is not paid on time, we will contact you to advise late payment. If the invoice remains unpaid after two calendar months we reserve the right to pass unpaid invoices to our debt management company, the outstanding amount will incur additional charges applied by them
Delivery
*Delivery is free within Edinburgh City Centre, however a delivery charge may apply if the order is under £50.00.
We always endeavour to deliver your food at the time you request, however unforeseen circumstances & traffic conditions may impact that.
In the event of any serious delays, which are brought to our attention we will contact you and keep you updated

EVENINGS & WEEKENDS
*A surcharge for evening (after 7.00pm and weekend deliveries will apply…. we will inform you of this at the time of the quote
