Let us introduce ourselves
Food by Xanders is run by Malcolm and Baiba who are a very enthusiastic husband and wife team with over 30 years experience between them in hospitality and catering. They have a passion for great food and provide a professional friendly service.
Malcolm has been a chef for over 20 years working in many of Edinburgh’s top restaurants over the years. He trained at The Tower restaurant where he gained a great deal of knowledge and experience working to a high standard with fresh produce in a busy working environment. Since then he has gone on to work in many fast paced kitchens always working with fresh produce. Over the years Malcolm has also gained a great deal of experience in banqueting, wedding and event catering.
